TSLAW Land’s Latest Upmarket Residential Project Offers Convenience and Luxurious Living

The gold standard for premier living set along the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur
TSLAW Land Sdn Bhd is a property developer based in Kuala Lumpur with a decades-long track record in the real estate industry.
“As the boutique property arm of TSLAW Group, we pride ourselves on being a city specialist in TODs. This can be seen in all our recent developments, primarily located or integrated with MRT or LRT stations. By incorporating these stations with our developments, we also took the opportunity to upgrade the stations and invest in rejuvenating and modernising the surrounding areas. We believe these efforts can help elevate the walkability within the integrated development and enhance the accessibility of the stations, ultimately bringing more value to our customers in the long run and a better lifestyle experience,” says TSLAW Land executive director Law Wai Cheong.
“At TSLAW Land, we focus on understanding market needs and integrating innovative design to create spaces that resonate with the current lifestyle demands. This allows us to serve the right package to our valued customers in terms of product and price point,” he adds.

Skyline Embassy: The Gold Standard for Premier Living
After experiencing an encouraging and overwhelming response to its previous Skyline releases, TSLAW Land decided to unveil its latest upmarket residential project, Skyline Embassy. It is the third project under the Skyline series after Skyline KL and Skyline Kuchai. As indicated by its name, it is located at the prestigious Embassy Row along Jalan Ampang, KL.
Skyline Embassy has also received a good response, chalking up a 80% take-up rate during a private preview event on Aug 28, 2024, which was attended by more than 600 guests comprising existing TSLAW Land homebuyers, partners and members of the public.
“This early success is a testament to the strong demand for well-designed upmarket residences in the KLCC area and buyers’ trust in TSLAW Land’s developments. Skyline Embassy promises to be a standout addition to Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, offering premier living in one of the city’s most coveted addresses,” says Law.
The development is conceptualised to provide a seamless blend of modern living with a touch of elegance, appealing to discerning buyers looking for exclusivity and premier living, with various layouts catering for different lifestyle needs, he explains. “This project was conceived with a focus on young professionals and young families, for both locals and expatriates looking to live in the vibrant city, yet within a safe and private haven.”

With a gross development value (GDV) of about RM1.4 billion, Skyline Embassy comprises 1,296 units spread across three towers — Aurum Tower, Brion Tower and Calista Tower — on a prime 2.8-acre freehold parcel.
The unit built-ups are 521 to 976 sq.ft, with 1+1 to 3-bedroom configurations. The units are priced from RM1,300 psf.
Being the first Skyline project under the Gold Series label, Law says the developer has placed an emphasis on better quality, modern and luxurious design and facilities for Skyline Embassy, distinguishing it from the developer’s earlier projects. “We have added a nice theatre room, spin room, and a golf simulator room. All units in Skyline Embassy are equipped with advanced air purification systems; digital lockset with facial recognition and community app integration; premium sanitary brands and for this Gold Series, reputable electrical appliances as well.
“On top of that, we have injected our Skyline DNA — that is, the ‘sky facilities’ located on Level 65. Residents can enjoy the Sky infinity pool, Sky lounge, Sky bridge and Sky terrace, with a sweeping view of the KL city skyline and the Royal Selangor Golf Course,” he continues.

According to Law, TSLAW Land is in it for the long term and will continue to build its brand and customer loyalty. “At TSLAW, our core values are Trustability, Sustainability, Learning & Leap, Adaptability and Working as a team. We place a great emphasis on these values and they have guided us through the years by putting our principles into action.”
Future plans
TSLAW Land has a strong pipeline of projects. “Currently, we have undeveloped land bank of approximately 1,000 acres slated for mixed-use developments with an estimated GDV of over RM20 billion, mostly within the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru,” says Law.
Over the next three to five years, the developer plans to launch several new residential and commercial developments in key locations across Malaysia, he adds. “Our focus will be on creating sustainable and modern community living with the aim of enhancing the lifestyle of our customers by providing them with better conveniences, connectivity and value.”
These upcoming projects include a TOD residential project in Taman Wahyu, KL; a mixed-use development next to the Kuchai MRT station — the 27-acre parcel was purchased from Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd in 2023; and a project in Taman Sentosa, Johor Bahru. Other TODs in the Klang Valley are also in the pipeline.
